various exclusive technologies, visible or covert, which Brand owners can apply
to their products for efficient, effective and economical differentiation of
the original product from the fakes. These technologies can be used for
effective communication with the customer in the Brand’s marketing strategy or
as a covert means to detect counterfeits and their purveyors.
invitation of ISPO China, Joel and its partner Securikett, from Vienna / Austria,

Textile Application The, or one of the threads used to weave the garment label, is treated with a non-toxic, washable, for the human eye invisible feature. Once the thread has been integrated into the label no one will notice that it has been treated. The feature is totally invisible until excited by a laser pointer. The pointers wave-length is adjusted to the security feature in the label. The feature becomes visible only when excited by the pointer. Brand owner do not have to change their label supplier(s). They simply send us the thread which needs to be incorporated, we treat it with the security feature and return it to the brand owner.
was taken in Philadelphia USA, a place I haven’t
been to since I was a kid, seeing the liberty bell. I haven’t been back to the States in 6 years
and it was quite a shock, the openness of counterfeit trade is even more
shocking! The Americans do not want really to fight it because they think that
it does not effect their economy. This is a misinterpretation, any person buying a fake has less of a chance to
buy a real product that is even produced in their own country.

I. Colouring matters
Colouring matter is a collective name for all colouring substance.
In this category are dyes and pigments:
Dyes are organic colouring matters, which are completely soluble in solvents and / or binding agents and therewith enter into a real chemical amalgamation.
You can clarify this exact definition with an example:
If you put some sugar candy into hot water and stir it some time, you cannot see anymore sugar candy particles when you look through the glass afterwards. It has completely dissolved in the water.
Pigments are colouring matters, which are existant insolubly in solvents and / or binding agents.
This can also be clarified by an example:
If you try to mix carbon black with water, you could still see particles of the carbon black, even after long stirring or shaking. The same can be watched with coffee. Consequently the carbon black and the coffee are only finely dispersed, but not completely dissolved. Pigments are mainly used for the production of colours with good covering power.
Hence it can be deduced as follows:
Dyes amalgamate completely with solvents and / or binding agents, while pigments are only dispersed finely, but not dissolved completely.
Dyes result in transparent solutions, pigments in non-transparent solutions.
